This charming cottage is located next to the gîte Roche but not opposite it.
It is ideal for a relaxing family or group holiday.
You will have a large farmhouse style kitchen. You will find all the necessary facilities, as well as a central dining table and chairs.
Relax in the comfortable armchairs and sofas in the lounge. The gîte has the central heating as well as a fireplace. You can warm up and enjoy its soft glow in the cooler months.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (1st bedroom: double bed and 90cm bed) (2nd bedroom: 2 beds of 90cm). These two rooms share a shower room and separate toilet. It is possible to add a baby bed in the largest room.
The staircase in the living room leads to a beautiful room with beams, which offers a beautiful view on the terrace and garden. The room is equipped with a double bed, of a single bed and a shower room with toilet. The installation of a baby bed is also possible.
In front of the gîte, there is a large wooden terrace facing south, with furniture and barbecue.
The Bed linen and towels are provided, with the exception of pool towels. For stays longer than 7 days, clean sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
The property can also be fully reserved to accommodate a larger group.

- Stays are accepted for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights, with the exception of long weekends and Christmas holidays (3 or 4 nights) and summer holidays (7 nights).
