This charming cottage is located next to the Roche gîte but not opposite it.
It's ideal for a relaxing family or group holiday.
The shared heated swimming pool is accessible during the season.
You'll have a large farmhouse style kitchen. You'll find all the facilities you need, plus a central dining table and chairs.
Relax in the comfortable armchairs and sofas in the lounge. The gîte has central heating as well as a fireplace. You can warm up and enjoy its gentle glow in the cooler months.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (1st bedroom: double bed and 90cm bed) (2nd bedroom: 2 90cm beds). These two bedrooms share a shower room and separate toilet. It is possible to add a cot in the largest room.
The staircase in the living room leads to a beautiful room with beams, which offers a beautiful view on the terrace and garden. The room is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a shower room with toilet. A cot can also be installed.
In front of the gîte, there is a large south-facing wooden terrace, with furniture and barbecue.
The Bed linen and towels are provided, with the exception of swimming pool towels. For stays of more than 7 days, clean sheets and towels will be provided free of charge.
The property can also be fully reserved to accommodate a larger group.

- Stays are accepted for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights, with the exception of long weekends and Christmas holidays (3 or 4 nights) and summer holidays (7 nights).
- We will send you a contract with a detailed description of the house and its equipment. To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% will be requested, the balance will be paid 1 week before your arrival.
