This gîte is located in the original farmhouse, next to the Granite gîte but without overlooking it. With its spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished rooms, this house is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The shared heated swimming pool is accessible during the season.
The gîte offers four bedroomsof which two on the first floor with private shower room and toilet. You will find on the ground floor two other rooms and a complete bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and washbasin).
A small table and chairs are at your disposal in the kitchen, fully equipped. In the dining room decorated with a large ornamental fireplace in tufa stoneIn this room you will find a large table and enough chairs for your group meals.
In the living room, you will enjoy the fireplace equipped with a wood stoveIn addition to the above, there are also a number of other events that are held in the city.
Outside, you will find a huge wooden terrace facing southThe house has a large terrace, which extends to the side of the gîte (west and shady). A barbecue and the garden furniture are at your disposal.
The sheets and towels are providedAll linen and towels are provided free of charge, with the exception of swimming pool towels. For stays longer than 7 days, clean sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
The property can also be fully reserved to accommodate a larger group.

General terms and conditions of sale
- Stays are accepted for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights, with the exception of long weekends and Christmas holidays (3 or 4 nights) and summer holidays (7 nights).
- We will send you a contract with a detailed description of the house and its equipment. To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% will be requested, the balance will be paid 1 week before your arrival.
- A deposit of €500 is required on arrival when the inventory is taken. All bookings may be changed or cancelled subject to our terms and conditions. general terms and conditions of sale.
